1. Agreement and Acceptance
By accessing or using AuraCut CRF Processing Engine (v1.0.2), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this software.
2. Personal Non-Commercial Use License
AuraCut is provided under a strict Personal, Educational, and Research Non-Commercial License. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use AuraCut solely for personal or educational media testing.
- Commercial use, corporate monetization, commercial reselling, or public sub-licensing is strictly prohibited.
- Processed outputs cannot be marketed or monetized for commercial enterprise gain.
3. Intellectual Property & System Watermarks
The default watermark graphics and 6-second appended outro branding are protected system components of AuraCut. Bypassing or attempting to reverse-engineer security access controls without valid authorization is prohibited. Official support is available via Telegram at @auracut.
4. Local Processing & Privacy Guarantee
AuraCut processes all media entirely within your local browser environment using HTML5 Canvas, Web Audio, and WebCodecs APIs. No video or audio content is ever uploaded, stored, or transmitted to external servers.
5. Copyright and Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights for any video or audio files imported into AuraCut. AuraCut does not promote, condone, or encourage copyright infringement or unlawful distribution of media.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AuraCut is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Developers, EarnTap, A4Studio, and affiliated partners shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of the use of this engine.
